October 21, 2014 66th Annual Hannibal Band Days Everyone loves a parade!  Enjoy 30+ High School and Middle School bands as they parade down Broadway and vie for top rank.  Parade begins at 3 PM and will end about 5 PM. 573-221-2477.

October 23rd - 26th Hannibal Community Theater presents "The Foreigner" Tickets available at the door. $10 adults $5 ages 12 and under. October 24 & 25, 2014 Hannibal Jaycees "Warehouse of Nightmares" Haunted House - 7,000 square feet of terror await you...and that's just the inside! Open every Friday and Saturday night through Halloween 7:30 PM - midnight.  New this year is the addition of Zombie Paintball! October 25, 2014 - Special Preview Screening of the film "Holbrook/Twain: An American Odyssey." 2 PM Parker Theater Hannibal  LaGrange University.  Special preview screening of the feature documentary of Emmy and Tony Award winning actor Hal Holbrook and his sixty years of performing Mark Twain in his one-man show entitled, "Mark Twain Tonight!". The film's producer, Laura Smith, from Los Angeles California will be there for this special screening and to speaking with the audience after.  Tickets for this special performance are available online or by calling the Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum at 573-221-9010.

October 25, 2014 - 10th Annual Halloween Parade Join the Marion Co. Health Dept. as they promote physical activity, safety and healthy choice treats for our Halloween trick-or-treaters! Parade from 6-8 PM on Broadway. 573-221-1166

November 22 & 23, 2014 - Annual deer hunt for disabled persons - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,  volunteer hunters, White-Tails Unlimited, and the Local Lions Club are planning the Annual Deer Hunt for disabled individuals, held at Mark Twain Lake Indian Creek Recreation Area. The hunt is open to 35 permanently disabled individuals having a valid 2014 Missouri firearms deer tag and a hunter safety certification card.Participants must have Hunter Education. November 29, 2014 - Victorian Christmas in Hannibal - Join the crowd and shop small on Small Business Saturday while enjoying a Victorian Christmas in Hannibal. Activities will include carriage rides, tea with Molly Brown, Santa, a snowball toss, and many fun specials downtown. 573-221-1101
